Some clocks are loud. Morrow™ makes no sound at all: its sweep movement glides and does not tick, so it adds nothing to your bedroom at 2 a.m. By day it is a small piece of retro furniture, a round case of matte metal balanced on a tulip pedestal, with a cream dial and plain black numerals you can read from across the room. Press the button and a soft glow lights the face just long enough to check the hour, with no screen, no notifications and no blue light asking for your attention.

Wipe the metal case with a soft, dry cloth. Take out the battery if the clock will be stored unused for a long time. Keep it away from steam and direct water.

Is it truly silent?

Yes. It has a sweep quartz movement, so the second hand moves continuously and does not tick. On a quiet nightstand you will not hear it.

How loud does the alarm get?

A classic rising beep, firm enough to wake a heavy sleeper on the other side of the room, and it stops as soon as you press the button. There is no snooze function.

One AA battery (not included) runs the clock and the night-light button for months. There are no cords and no charging, and it keeps time through power cuts.

What size is it exactly?

The dial is 7.6 cm (3 inches) across and the whole clock is about 12 cm tall on its pedestal, roughly the height of a coffee mug. It is small on purpose, and that is its charm.
